The saying goes: “it takes a village to raise a child.” Our Club is a firm believer in this philosophy. We rely strongly on our Corporate Members and Community Partnerships to bridge the gaps that we cannot reach with solely individual memberships. These community connections allow us to combine resources and better assess the real needs of the families in our area. We are so proud to consider them part of the BENV Team!
Our August Member Meeting & Ice Cream Social was held at Cedar Heights Brethren in Christ Church in Mill Hall, PA. Our gracious host, Laura Kallander, shared her passion for a nonprofit near and dear to her heart, Pay It Forward. We enjoyed learning more about this meaningful organization and the difference it makes in our community! 🍦❤️

Several of our members attended the 2026 District Convention in Gettysburg.
We were especially excited to see Kiwanis International Vice President Cathy Szymanski. Cathy is a member of the Kiwanis Club of Erie, PA, and served as the Pennsylvania District Governor who was instrumental in chartering BENV in 2012.
